Good News for Late Risers

Early rising is not good for the heart according to a news article in Yahoo.  The study was done by researchers from several universities and hospitals in Kyoto, Japan.  Their studies led them to conclude that “rising early to go to work or exercise might not be beneficial to health, but rather a risk for vascular diseases.” This certainly negates the assumption that waking up early is good for you.

A normal day for me usually starts at 10am. Earlier than that and my brain refuses to function properly. My thanks to those Japs who did the study… this makes me less guilty whenever I sleep in… 🙂
